No Brainer for Tax Filing

I have used Turbo Tax since 1997 and have consistently received accurate results which the IRS finds extremely palatable. Or at least they have not choked on my return yet.
My returns tend to be quite complex and Turbo Tax helps me keep track of the mess. Well Done, Intuit!!

Richy's Tubo Tax Experience

Have always liked the "guide me" process. A very cumbersome process to return to previous section for editing. Would appreciate a procedure for integrating alien spreadsheet data into supporting documents, rather than tedious cut and paste process. Determining between qualifying and non- qualifying educational experiences remains confusing. There are some other areas which I would like to see improved, but I’m too tired to recall them at this point. Still, I have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years; and look forward to continued use.
What's great about it: Ease of use. Seamless information transfer from previous year's Turbo Tax version
What's not so great: Difficult and cumbersom when backtracking to edit information in completed sections.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Doing taxes cannot be a fun experience but Turbo Tax does a wonderful job of making this normally exhaustive task very easy to complete.
