Much easier for 2013 than 2012. Led me right through all questions. Straightforward. Liked it that it immediately e-filed. I'm done!

The best part of Turbo Tax is the guided help through all aspects of a tax return. It prevents both careless and catastrophic errors which may lead to unwanted audits. I have used this program for 11 years and it only gets easier each time. Take pride in filing your own taxes and use Turbo Tax to reach that goal.
What's great about it: Do-it-yourself satisfaction and simple yet effective tax prep software.
What's not so great: No complaints in 11 years
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's great about it: I have used it for at least 13 years

the product is very easy to work with, and made filing my taxes easy. I like that all calculations are checked.

THE BEST!

It's quick and easy doing my taxes (both federal and state) on TURBOTAX. I started yesterday and finished this evening. It would have been even faster if i was not having computer problems (unrelated to the software). I feel confident that I've covered everything and get the maximum refund possible.
What's great about it: I've used TURBOTAX for many years and its never failed me.
What's not so great: Just a little repetitive sometimes.

Going on at least 10 years of TT use and its still pretty easy. Started at 4:00PM and done by 7:30 PM and we have a pretty complicated return....
What's great about it: Easy to follow step by step
What's not so great: State tax deduction calculator was on disc, had to download updates for it to work. Finding downloader updates awkward
