What's great about it: user fiendly

As indicated above, we have been very pleased with Tax Cut. We have CDs dating back to 2002. So--that should tell you a little something about how we rely upon your expertise! We also have a current membership certificate for "Audit Defense." They too, had no record of previous purchase agreements we had with them!
Other than what is indicated above, the Good Lord willing, we will continue to use your programs!

Will Always Use Turbo Tax

I rolled over a 401K pension into another IRA fund and was surprised when Turbo Tax showed the 1099-R distribution in my total income when the form codes showed that none of the distribution was taxable. I suggest Turbo Tax add another question or include a statement for 1099-R distributions, such as: If code G is checked, none of the distribution is taxable.
Other than that, the preparation was a breeze!! Thank you.

What's not so great: The 1009-R distribution was a little confusing

Turbo is a GREAT PRODUCT

Turbo Tax is easy to follow and will guide you through every step of the way. And has options to answer just about every question that might come up.
What's great about it: Helps with step by step process
What's not so great: Doesn't always give you the first state return free.

Makes the Complicated Simple and Quick to Manage

My return is not complicated but I still like relying on Turbo Tax's (TT) ability to walk me through all aspects of the return that might apply some day. TT saves time with worksheet calculations to support entries on the return. I like the status window showing the amount of refund or owed as I walk through the process. I also love the assessment at the end which predicts the likely-hood my return might be audited. The program is very user friendly.
What's great about it: I like being lead through the process and get a chance to see things that may not apply to me but might one day.
What's not so great: Sales pitches along the way.
