So far I"ve used TurboTax for a number of years and it's been very thorough and precise. Let's see what next year brings.
What's great about it: Step by Step instructions making it easy not to forget anything
What's not so great: Sometime you have to keep opening explanations till you fullly understand something
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used TurboTax for several years now and I love it. I used to dread having to go somewhere and have a stranger pouring over my paperwork and honestly I don't think that they cared one iota whether I got a refund or not. They were just cranking out as many tax forms as they could. With TurboTax and can sit in the comfort of my own home and do my taxes at my leisure with no worries. I have received better refunds with TurboTax than any of the places I went to have my taxes done.
What's great about it: It walks you through every possible deduction you can get and provide good explanations for each.
What's not so great: Could be a little less expensive.

I love the way that Turbo Tax looks at all your deductions and recommends the best way for me to file, either the standard deduction or itemizing. Turbo Tax makes doing taxes easy.

2013 Turbo Tax

I've been using Turbo Tax for 4yrs now and love it. Can't beat the ease of using it. Plus, I like getting the annual reminder when the new software is available for download. TurboTax makes a complicated process very simple......Great Product!
