I have used TurboTax the last 4 or 5 years and have been very pleased with it. It's so easy to use that I end up doing other family members tax returns.
What's great about it: Easy step by step
What's not so great: Can't think of one
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What a awesome system that I can get to do my taxes. It makes life so much easier.

Great Tool for Filing Tax Returns

Third year I've used Turbo Tax. Compared results for first year with previous return completed by a certified accountant. Turbo Tax seemed to get the same results. I would recommend it to persons with basic income and expenses.
What's great about it: Easy, Simple, Thorough

I thought the 2013 tax program much better than 2012. Quicker and more responsive.

I have used TurboTax for 10 years now and have never been disappointed with it. It is easy to use and provides excellent information for any question you may have. I love it and would never use anything else.

THIS IS A VERY GOOD PROGRAM. IT IS FAST, IT TRANSFERS INFO FROM PRIOR YEAR(S) AND SAVES YOU TIME. BUT YOU STILL NEED TO KNOW WHAT ITEMS YOU CAN AND CAN NOT DEDUCT. THE INFO IS THERE, BUT YOU NEED TO KNOW WHAT AND WHERE TO LOOK.
