I wish taxes was easier to deal with, sometimes I think the Professionals would have a hard time remembering all the rules. Can't complain about turbo-tax though.
What's great about it: Asked all the questions, hope I got it right

Excellence continues

I have been a proud user of TurboTax for several years, and it is a truly excellent product to use for a simple tax return. If you have your documentation together, you can usually have your simple tax return done in an afternoon. If you have more complex elements such as rental property, business expenses, and other areas of that demand their review and annual reporting it may take a bit longer, but all in all for the run of the mill return, it is quite the right pick for the process. I recommend it to all of my friends and people who ask me about what I use to get taxes done for my family so quickly. It is a breeze with total confidence that you have a good return that has been checked and will make the grade with the IRS. I highly recommend TurboTax.,

Easy to follow steps. If you have never done your taxes before, fairly simple to understand. I recommend going step by step. Stop if you don't have the information and save your file, then finish when you have all your information readily available. I strongly encourage people to use website "It's Deductible" if you donate to Goodwill, Habitat for Humanity or any other Non-profit organization. Turbo Tax will import all the deductions for you.
What's great about it: Easy computations, Straight forward questions.
What's not so great: Fed and State Vehicle Deductions Computed wrong for Iowa.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easier to do taxes than driving to and from work!!

WOW!!!! Very easy to complete this year, I was very Impressed to learn that I or my employer provided a code to automatically add all information from my w-2, How Brilliant!!!!
The only thing that disappointed me was, the fact it wasn't free to file like it said. Otherwise, Impressed to say the least.
What's great about it: Much easier than last year
What's not so great: Said federal and state were free to file and wasn't free :-(

I have used Intuit's Turbo Tax software for 15 plus years. They make it very easy and I have great confidence that my taxes were calculated accurately.
What's great about it: Easy to understand questions & processed flowed seamlessly
What's not so great: absolutely nothing

Always Thorough and Successful!

I have been using TurboTax for over 8 years and love it! They walk you through every step and are always available if there are questions you need answered. The process is very user friendly. I love that TurboTax is on our side and works to get the most back for us. I will never hire a tax lawyer again!
What's great about it: Easy to use, walks you through every detail
What's not so great: Price - never like to pay to do taxes, but that is life
