Good product but crashes

I twice nearly completed my return when it crashed and didn't save a copy. If you want to save incrementally it cannot find the save file and you have to reenter your password and challenge question every time. Very frustrating and stupidly unnecessary.
What's great about it: Easy interface
What's not so great: Crashes and doesn't save like the online version

Very Easy to file

The software was easy to load and easy to use. Keep the cost down as much as possible to still allow us to us this instead of the free online with IRS.
What's great about it: I liked the detail in the questions asked to get my maximum refund.
What's not so great: Don't really have any at this moment.

I have been using turbo tax for the last 10 years or so, it is really easy to use and quick. I would recommend anybody to give it a try.

Awesome simpicity!

We don't have a complex return to file, so using TT makes it EXTREMELY easy to file our taxes and get our refund quickly. The way it pulls information in from last year, populates the fields we need to review, and checks everything before filing is a real confidence booster also - I don't have to worry that I've typed a number in wrong or made a simple mistake that will cost me a lot of time down the road. Very helpful.
Also gives you as much information as you could want to decide whether you want to review a certain deduction or credit...very informative!

Just the requirement to scroll down to start the next element - I found this a waste of time and very distracting
What's great about it: LOVED THE DIRECTED PROCESS - COVERED EVERYTHING
What's not so great: Didn't like having to scroll down to next element every time we changed
