possible glitch in the software

After entering self employment income, the software asks if you'd like to use the upgrade software (Home and Business is what I think it is called# to enter self employment expenses. In past years, if you anwer no, you were able to continue using the Deluxe edition to enter basic expenses. This year the software closes you out and you can't enter ANY expenses. The only way I could find to enter my few expenses, was to go the form #see form at the upper right when you are on that page), pull up the schedule C, and "manually" fill in the form. NOT GOOD GUYS. You need to fix this!

Turbo Tax was very precise in asking all the questions if you go through step by step. When I wanted to skip an area of the tax form it had asked me if any of this applied. If I answered yes then it went step by step, if no then it automatically skipped the section.
Being a newly married gay couple in our state, and having filed as single for many years we were able to gain a large chunk of refund.

Love Turbo Tax

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and it always takes care of my tax needs. I have recommended it to many and will do the same again this year:-)

You charge me extra to e-file my state (Mi) taxes an for the past two years it was rejected because of your program not sending the proper forums.
What's great about it: carry over from last year
What's not so great: 2nd year Mi. state rejected due to your program

I plan to stick with TurboTax. My experience has been very satisfying, and I love the way they bring my information from my old returns forward
What's great about it: I like they way they go thru and ask me questions. Based on my answers they do my return!
What's not so great: Can't think of any downside. My experience has been 100% positive.

when correcting the errors it would be better to go to where you entered the information rather entering on the tax form.
