I love Turbo Tax. Its easy and is a great peace of mind for me because its a great step by step process

Great Product - Taxes Made Easy

Have used TurboTax to do my taxes every year since 1993 and have always found it to be very reliable and easy to use. Prior to 1993 I did my taxes by hand. Using TurboTax makes adding new data or making revisions a snap.

Just gets better

Turbotax is easy to use and the process is well explained. I use e-file only when I am getting a refund, but whichever method I choose, it goes very smoothly and I have never had the IRS question anything about my return.
What's great about it: I have used Turbotax since 1997 and it seems to just get better and better.

Most ly good. Only problem I have is selecting only those forms relevant to me.
What's great about it: relavant topics
What's not so great: too many extraneous forms
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax asks you questions you may not have realized can help you in getting back more for your return. It really is helpful.
What's great about it: It walks you through each area so you can get back more return

Slow to start

I've used Turbo Tax for several years and it's always been a good experience.
What's great about it: Accurate, fast
What's not so great: Couldn't start without an Intuit rep sending me the link for online download.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
