Easy To Use

Excellent software to use and I got through and sent off my returns in just a couple of hours.
What's great about it: Clear Instructions
What's not so great: Complex IRS rules are difficult to understands

Easiest Process Ever!!

I used another brand the previous couple of years and could never get the updates to work. I finally smartened up and used TurboTax. I had everything done within about 45 minutes from downloading the program to e-filing. It was the best experience in filing taxes I have ever had.
What's great about it: Easy To Use, Fast, No Problems Updating

Easy to Follow Instructions

Instructions were very easy to follow, recommendations on what type of deduction is best for your situation was great. Itemized deductions was easy to enter and save. The only issue I encountered was on improting W2 Form, it asked me for an import code which was not printed (I could not locate) on my W2 form. Otherwise, it is foolproof.

I have been doing taxes by hand for years and it is wonderful to have this program that walks you through all the steps and draws your attention to changes from previous years. I have used turbo tax for several years and will continue to use it.

Easiest Way To Get A Refund!!!

Easiest way to file in my opinion. I file a simple return, no crazy deductions or credits and turbo tax rocked it. Took me 30 minutes start to finish. Thanks Turbo Tax!!
What's great about it: point and click answers-easy to understand explanations of tax questions
What's not so great: I had to buy the deluxe version to get free state but, you get what you pay for!!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
