I've been filing with TurboTax for seven years now, and it just keeps getting easier. This year there were particular items that were different in my life and TurboTax easily walked me through everything that I had to file differently.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

2013 Taxes

I have yse several comparison programs over the years but still use TurboTax faithfully. I trust it and it makes the process so much easier.
What's great about it: Easy to use as always. Gets bwetter every year.

I like Turbo Tax because you walk me through the return. I do not like it when the forms are not available or when I do not understand either the question or the explanation. Overall I like your product.
What's great about it: Overall the taxes were easy to do except when asked questions regarding MA taxes.
What's not so great: Some spots were confusing

Love Turbo tax ! Did my own taxes for years and was very happy after my first Turbo Tax filing. Over the years, I have most likely lost a number of my available deductions I just did not know about ! Thanks Turbo Tax !!

lost my return

Did my returns put in all asked fields, in review had to put in additional info not asked for earlier. When I went to file it wanted to have me change entry that was already correct on the 1098 that I received. When I filed first time it didn't go, but I wasn't informed that it wasn't filed. I just tried again so we will see. I'm hopeful though because it didn't take me to this review the first time. Also first time I tried to file it didn't save my return so I had to do it completely over.
What's great about it: most info accurate
What's not so great: Didn't ask for some info

My husband passed away May 2013, and the questions I had on how to file and the answers helped more than I thought. Excellent!!!!

Easy as pie

I have been using Turbo Tax for 5 years. Recommended by my friend who is a certified CPA. For normal deductions, I think you can't miss with using Turbo Tax. They do have business tax software, not sure how easy that would be to use, but assume it would be just as simple as the Federal State one.
Recommend Turbo Tax to friends and family. They too have become fans.
What's great about it: No effort. Walks you step by step. If you have questions, the help search is easy to use.
What's not so great: Needed to look up questions in the help search that were stated they would be addressed later. But were not.
