Thorough and Easy

I have been using TurboTax for over twenty years and have always been guided correctly. I wouldn't use any other product.
What's great about it: Review of all entries made on all forms.

With the automatic transfer of previous year's return and clear list of what data is needed, it makes tax time less stressful. Plus I got free federal e-file. Since it is snowing I don't want to go to the Post Office. Yay!
What's great about it: Easy to use with quick helps if more info is need
What's not so great: No problems at all
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Basically easy to use. I am 100% sure my return is correct. All my income forms were covered and easy to enter. I would recommend this product to anyone who is reluctant to do their own taxes.

Turbo Tax 2013 Review

I like the step by step approach so I miss nothing. I want to feel like my taxes have been done correctly. The program allows me to skip over items which I have a tendency to do at times, so I have to go back. While I am not certain about some items and what is being asked, the helps are very good at explaining things. I feel Turbo Tax is a great product and I have used it now for several years.
What's great about it: Step by step approach helps make certain you miss nothing. Very thorough.
What's not so great: Allows you to skip over items. Not always clear as to what is needed.
