Easy for easy returns

It limits choices in some areas but I understand the reasoning.
What's great about it: Very easy to use.
What's not so great: Navigation choices are limited at times.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I like the free electronic filing for the federal but the e-filing for the state costing money stinks!
What's great about it: easy to use with walking you through the process

Got Er Done

Once I again I used TurboTax to file. I feel confidence that I complete the forms correctly and that the calculations are accurate. My situation is not overly complicated but the process is so much easier than pen and ink. I expect to continue using TurboTax.
What's great about it: The process is thorough. I know my calculations are accurate.
What's not so great: Many items are not applicable.

Used it again for the 10th year in a row! It seems to get better and easier to use each year. It catches the entry goof-ups that I inadvertently make and requires me to correct them before the program e-files the return.
That's kind of like having my wife check out what I've chosen to wear before we go out and making me correct it before leaving the house.

did a lot of retyping, because of the different 1099 form should be explain better at beginning, especially about social securty and money taken out of 401 K.

Great Program For Sure

I have used Turbo Tax for the past 8 years and have never been disappointed with the program. The programming is very accurate and allows a peace of mind that my taxes will be correct every time. Among the many things I like about the program is the ability to bring all of the pertinent information forward to the new year. Saving the tax forms in PDF format is very beneficial if you need to go back to prior years and glean information on past taxes. Absolutely a great program and I will continue to use Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is a great program. Makes it hard to make a mistake and in this day and age that's a good thing.
What's not so great: I don't have any cons with Turbo Tax. It is very intuitive.

Easy to use

It was nice to see that the user interface had not changed much. That makes it much easier to use when you use this product year after year. Very easy and intuitive to use. I really like that it allows for the guided approach and the directed approach, I use both.
What's great about it: the user interface stayed about the same this year
