First time self filing

All and all I will re use this program next year and would recommend it to anyone. It made filing very stress free. The informative descriptions and guidance help alot for someone like me who is a rookie.
What's great about it: VERY easy to navigate. finding a form to double check or change was surprisingly simple. The error check is great
What's not so great: A bit more "creative" deduction help would be great

Continued great turbotax

So much easier than trying to go through it myself. Like all the computations involved with the social security payments. Also don't have to wrestle with figuring out which forms to use. And once I'm sure I've entered the raw numbers correctly, I don't have to worry about my calculations (which were almost always in error before I went to Turbotax). Great job!
What's great about it: Simple and easy. Great explanations. Just enter the data
What's not so great: When doing itemized deductions, it kept returning to the top of the page. Better if it returned to the last entry.

Much Easier in Recent Years

I have used Turbo Tax for over five years and consider it to be very reliable and computer friendly. However, every year the program becomes even more computer friendly. The 2013 deluxe Turbo Tax seemed to be so much easier to answer concerns and questions more immediately than in previous years. I am a theatre artist and I always feel awkward with figures, but I feel much more empowered with my taxes. Thanks for continuing to make an excellent product.
What's great about it: Seemed Much Easier to Immediately Answer Questions
What's not so great: Answering Mistakes at the End is Somewhat Awkward
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
