A superb investment

I have been using Turbotax for several years now. This year (2013) was by far the easiest to use. All the complications and frustrating details had been smoothed out and I did my taxes with little to no effort. I really enjoy this product and plan to purchase it again next year.

So Easy!!

I always pull my hair out trying to do my taxes and usually end up hiring an accountant. Then, I had one rejected that my accountant advised me on, so I had to back 4 years and resubmit all of them. I did them all on TurboTax and everything was accepted with no problem. It was so easy to do that I bought it again for 2013. I like easy and this is about as simple as it gets.
What's great about it: Very Easy to use and File! Very Through!
What's not so great: You have to pay to Efile your State Return.

It's Easy

a good solid, user friendly, application, it is easy to review and understand. Also very easy to find "in depth" information as well. I like it.
What's great about it: very intuitive, and easy to work
What's not so great: short answers
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

So little stress!

I've used TurboTax since 2010 and it makes filing taxes so easy. I can do it from home on my own time before tax day and it helps me get more money back for my child care expenses etc. I will use it forever!
What's great about it: Step-by-step instructions, online support, easy to use
What's not so great: IRS terminology
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
