Quicker than I expected

Overall easy, and faster than the previous year. I will probably purchase again next year.
I didn't like that it kept prompting me to file a State return even though I'm in Florida where there is no state income tax.

What's not so great: Had a hard time finding what Form 3922 was for. It kept prompting me to do State taxes when Florida doesn't have a stat

Good refund

Easy system to work with as an average person that needs to avoid spending lots of money to file taxes. Need the taxes to be correct which is very important. This fact is true with Turbo Tax. as no audits or problems for the several years that I have used it.

Good experience

Everything worked as expected, except the sales tax, maybe a sales tax table for the states that have one? The front end worked flawlessly, much better than last year. The only gripe is that on a wide screen, you have to scroll down to get to the continue button. I've used TurboTax for 15 years, and overall I love it. Kudos.
What's great about it: Easy interface, smooth

Ready Every Question Slowly

This is my 3rd year using Turbo Tax and they have come a long way! The questions still require careful reading but for the most part you can click on hyperlinks for more clarity. I would prefer more hyperlinks that define some of the terms but overall it is easy to follow and if you don't have many deductibles you can skip! Good Luck!
What's great about it: Walks you through every deductible
What's not so great: Some of the Questions need more explanation/clarity

Easy Smeezy

I have been using turbo tax for many years and have never had a problem. Even though I have a ton of deductions, it typically only takes a few hours to gather the necessary information and a few hours to organize it. Once everything is ready it only takes about 1 hour to complete my return using turbo tax. Love It!!!
What's great about it: easy to use, simply answer questions

Another Year, Another Grand Slam

I have used the Turbo Tax software for over a decade both while married & now single and every year it finds some small deduction I never knew about and applies it to my tax forms and increases my refund.
What's great about it: Easy as ever
What's not so great: Paying for State Filing not Intuit's Fault

Easy to use - first time user

I think this product is great, it made it simple and easy to file both my federal and state returns. It made suggestions for me to increase my return and spelled everything out for me. It was nice and easy!
What's great about it: Quick, specific, easy to follow
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Had to Pay AGAIN

Seem to have more paperwork since I retired. Lot more preparation for this turbo-tax version.
What's great about it: Was OK
What's not so great: The 2012 version seemed mujch easier to me.
