Quick and Easy

I have been using it for years. I have even done a run down on friends and family to compare with the places you go to get it done and I have always matched dollar for dollar. minus the expensive fees they charge!
What's great about it: So detailed and accurate.
What's not so great: Only bad thing is.... guess none...

Provide more assistance with MA State tax and Health Care. Making sure people are covered and if not how to get covered.

i am a regular user of turbo tax and i trust the software to pick up and stay abreast of changing laws and explain in a way that is easier to understand and make an informed choice
What's great about it: Easy Navigating, good questions that take care of changing tax laws, that change each year....makes it easy to comprehen
What's not so great: would like to have more free efiles added to the products

Did go online to Idaho State income tax to clarify what disabled definition was.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: Had a hard time figuring what income was qualified retirement

Easy, intuitive, and comprehensive product

I've enjoyed my experience so far with this software. I worked on the numbers and reviewed and revised them over a period of days without any issues - a solid product.
What's great about it: Inexpensive, easy to use, and recommended by my conservative accountant
What's not so great: Extra cost to electronically file state return
