Excellent Software

I've used TurboTax for the past many years. Each year there are improvements to the steps to take to file your returns. I love that you just go through the questions and give answers. If you don't want to go with that you can quickly get to a section and do your own work. Either way, it's a great product that helps you get through this not so fun process. Thanks TurboTax for letting me do my own taxes with ease.
What's great about it: The walkthrough of each category is the best feature so you don't miss a step and possibly a bigger refund.

Done in my recliner

I had most of my paperwork and was done in a couple hours. Only had to get out of my recliner a few times to find papers.
What's great about it: Fast easy

Turbo Tax makes preparing your income taxes easy. I use it every year. I love the way it transfers the data from your previous year return so you don't have to enter everything that doesn't change each year.
I wouldn't do my taxes any other way!
What's great about it: Turbo Tax walks you through the input and tells you everything you need. It is so easy to use!

Keeps getting better!!

I have been using TT for years now....the first few years I had a few issues as the software had problems loading.....but for the last 5 years it has been PERFECT and it keeps getting better every year!!
What's great about it: No gliches.....fast and easy!!
What's not so great: None.

Great Customer Service!

I have been using Turbo for at least 12 years now. I used to use the CD that came in the mail and started downloading it three years ago. I had problems this year with the download and chatted with customer service to rectify the issue. She was great, Got me what I needed and was very supportive of what I was trying to accomplish. Taxes are done and now I can relax. Do you remember running to the Mailbox at the post office by midnight on tax day? What would we do without technology!

EASY filing!

I'm a lawyer, trained in tax law, and all my friends and family ask me how I do my taxes. I never hesitate - I use TurboTax, and I encourage them all to use it, too!
What's great about it: They guide you through it a step at a time!
