Great as usual, but...

I've used TurboTax & its predecessors for many years & never had problems. This year it had a problem with the Municipal Tax form. I earn wages in one city & live in another, both have separate withholding amounts. TurboTax said I earned my full income in both cities, so my total taxable income was essentially doubled. I was able to override things but basically couldn't use the municipal form. Couldn't find a way to report this other than by this review.
What's great about it: Generally very easy to use
What's not so great: Problems with local tax (see review)

Love TurboTax!

Be sure to go through the process at least twice - somehow I missed the Earned Income Credit the first time through and it refunded us an additional $1200!
What's great about it: Question and Answers make it so nice and stress-free to file those darn tax returns.
What's not so great: Little difficult figuring how to report your kid's Pell Grants if you don't get a 1098-T from your college.

It would be great if TurboTax was all inclusive (including extra state charges and state efile charges).
What's great about it: Gave me a easy way to see as many possible deductions as quickly as possible
What's not so great: Charged for 2nd State.

Short but sweet

Great software but in the long run trust thy self
What's great about it: easy to do
What's not so great: cost to much
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments
