It was a good experience I am just not that good with thi skind of stuuff!
What's great about it: Overall pretty good
What's not so great: at times hard to navigate
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

print to mail off had on truble last year
What's not so great: I try to e file but it keeps rejecting my information and i can't even print it mail it off

2013 Taxes

I was have'n a problem at logging in, it was easy to find your phone #. called in, I was 26 min. out, left my # someone called me back, a very nice/ helpful lady helped me, she stuck w/me at least 30 min. & I got in, walo, did my taxes, I'm very pleased w/Turbo, I will tell all my friends about how good UR. This is my 3rd. year w/U & still satisfied.

My partner and I were married this year. Unfortunately, our state of residence does not acknowledge same gender marriage. The software made the cumbersome process of filing married for federal returns and singe for state returns easier.
What's great about it: Very Helpful
What's not so great: None

Turbo Tax Deluxe 2013

The program is easy to use and very detailed. It looks at many different aspects of the tax law and how it relates to me. I used to do my taxes manually until I started with Turbo tax about ten years ago and it just gets better every year.
While I am not a student I have two kids in college that are and it really helps me to figure out what they are eligible for which can be confusing
I did have a slight glitch with the program telling me it was in use by another user when I am the only one who logs into this machine. I rebooted the machine and no more problems
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Got error stating the program was in use by anotehr user even though I am the only one who logs into this computer

Intuitive Tax Program

I love the fact that prior years' information is brought into the program, with carryovers and personal information all set to go. No looking through piles of papers for details from old returns.
What's great about it: Easy to Navigate Through Tax Preparation
What's not so great: Absolutely None
