As a multi-year user of Turbo Tax, I like having the program pull the previous years' data from my prior returns, saving a lot of time and data entry.
What's great about it: pulls data from previous years' returns
What's not so great: need more detail on DOT meal deductions

I have used your product once before and I wasn't totally sold although it was a more pleasant (if preparing taxes can be pleasant) than I had remembered. I had a question that I would have been better off to have been able to call someone on your staff. It was too long and convoluted to type out. The e-filing was great! I would recommend your product and would advise this version for most people.
What's great about it: You do a lot of the work and the finished product is neat and orderly. You try to cover the bases.
What's not so great: Hate having to itemize all my charitable giving (shorted myself a bunch due to the process). Prompted to print too much

Easy to use. Complete. Ask all the right questions to obtain the most deductions receive the best refund.
What's great about it: Versatile, Comprehensive
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have never had an issue, but the HSA area I feel I did correctly, but is not easy to explain.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and input
What's not so great: HSA not the easiest to ensure you enter correctly

Why don't you disclose the processing fee if someone decides to have it deducted from their return. Not everyone has a credit card. I just hate being blind sided.
