Turbo Tax 2013

I have been using Turbo Tax since the mid 90's. I love the program and wont change for another.
What's great about it: Wonderful, easy program.
What's not so great: I do not like the error fixes. They do not make much sense and drive me crazy trying to figure out what they want

Little problem with overrides -- cancelled override or typed in zero and ame up on final review as error -- however, did say if E-file (which I cannot due to additiona; appendices on rental property that are required -- asset allocation sheets, new rental agreements, etc.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been using Turbo Tax for at least 8 years and maybe more. It is easy to use and if you have questions, answers are really easy to find. My only complaint is the light blue lettering. My eyes are not as good as they used to be. I would recommend this product to all my family and friends.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Some lettering needs to be darker!

Fast & Easy

I've been using Turbo Tax for years with absolutely no problems. It makes downloading my brokerage info fast, easy & accurate. I only wish I could import our 1099-R forms from CA & NV PERS.
What's great about it: Easy to use whether newbie or experienced

Very Frustrated, disappointed

very disappointed at the minimum amount of e-files on my Turbo Tax Deluxe - i get my yearly turbo tax mailed to me for years now, this year i did my kids taxes but ran out of e-files? Is there a way to increase the number? no one seems to know! I am not a business, my family pays me nothing.
What's great about it: so simple & easy even this old lady can do it for her family.
What's not so great: i have 5 children, 16 grandchildren and 2 greats, only 5 e-files?

I have used Turbo Tax for years and love the speed and accuracy of being able to do my own taxes. The updates are awesome, the price is great, it is so easy to walk through all the forms and even incurring an audit we came out great!!!
What's great about it: I can do all this in the privacy of my home and I love the updates!!!
What's not so great: Once in awhile there is a form that I don't understand
