still not easy

Some parts are confusing. Small business info- real estate taxes and how to convert that to state taxes is one of those. Some of the wording doesn't help me at all. I do searches online to see how to handle. Wasn't sure about the state tax on the vehicle either- whether to enter that or not. I have even taken a tax accounting course and there is too much to know everything. I think the questions should be more direct and I shouldn't have to pay for the upgraded business turbo tax. I don't make enough on this business to pay for that!

Fast and Easy

The only thing that I would like to see happen with turbo tax is at the end when it is time to file I would like to just click on the one that I would like to efile and or mail and not have to click efile then select if I want to efile or mail the forms. Other than that this is a great program as usual

I have used the turbo tax system for three tax seasons and do enjoy the program. I just wish it had a shorter program for elderly tax payers who are only looking for a short tax return. I have no deductions and no money in foreign banks and need only about six items to process my taxes.
What's great about it: fairly easy for an inept computer user.
What's not so great: why to many questions for a simple tax return. no deductions.

What a way to save

This is my third or fourth year completing my taxes with turbo tax and I've got to say that it's fairly simple and easy to complete on my own. The website contains a lot of those frequently asked questions and that support center helps a great deal with those gray areas where you might question if something qualifies for deduction. Save me time from having to make an appointment with a company or an accountant. I'm sure we can all agree that time tends to be more of a luxury.

Turbo Tax is great. This year I had gotten stuck on something and a very nice tax person stayed on the chat with me for over an hour until it was fixed. She was great.
What's great about it: This was great. It is not my first time using Turbo Tax. Love it!!
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Incredibly easy to use

I have used Turbo Tax since 1999 and I must say that this year was the easiest return I have ever filed. Easy to follow instructions at every step make it effortless for anyone. Not sure what programming updates were made this year versus previous years, but this year was by far the easiest to file. Thanks for a great product!

2013 Problems

No help was availabe on othr deductions under the topic Trustee management fees on an IRA.
Also TT did not support bad loans made that are not collectable

I like using Turbo, saves me money and it walks me right through.
