each year I do my IRS through TURBO TAX and it always amaze me on how easy and comprehensive it is. please keep up the good work.

What's great about it: walked me through well and easy to understand
What's not so great: a little more details needed, like if a kid is receiving SSI

I have been using Turbo Tax for the last three years and have
experienced no troubles with any of my returns or the receiving
of my refunds (if due). I would recommend for anyone that
would like to handle their own tax preparation.

2014 Tax return

Turbo Tax is very easy to use. You do not need to understand tax code.law in order to accurately complete your taxes. I do not like the suggestions and advertisements embedded in the program. I am fine with the product I have purchased and if I need something else I find it. Maybe its own section but not embedded in my return as i go.
What's great about it: Easy, Comprehensive
What's not so great: Lengthy

Have used TurboTax for years and always feel confident I am getting the biggest refund, legally possible.

Difficult Two States

I love TurboTax! Been using it for years. This is the first time I have been confused using it. Usually the helpful hints are very helpful. However, this year was different with a mid-year move. It isn't very helpful in helping you figure out what to do for each state. It expects you to know a lot more instead of having the program calculate and figure out amounts based on information you enter, like the rest of the program does so well. Disappointed with that element, but otherwise quite pleased. I will continue to use it for filing our taxes. Thankfully we won't be moving this year! :)
What's great about it: User-friendly, pulls everything from the previous year
What's not so great: Confusing if you've moved mid-year
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved
