I have been using TurboTax a long time, and have always recommended to others to use TurboTax

much harder to use than in previous years!

As usual, TurboTax was easy to use once you got into the software. But the installment process required you to guess what to do rather than giving specific instructions.
Attempting to use an existing account to use a credit card to pay for e-filing the state return was a disaster. Could not get to the screen to enter the Pin that was emailed to me without a great deal of repetition and then I inadvertently requested another pin each time, just trying to get to the place where I could enter the one I'd already received.
Finally, I ignored my existing account and pretended I was new to TurboTax, so that I could enter the necessary data to e-file.

Normally, I recommend TurboTax highly but although this year's product was fine for doing the tax calculations, setting up the software and paying to e-file the state return were ridiculously difficult!
What's great about it: data entry and going through the process is easy
What's not so great: installing the software and using an existing account to efile much more difficult

Great tax software

Highly recommended,very easy to use.just answer the questions and it does all the work.I have been using Turbo Tax for about 12 years and never had any problems.

Turbo Tax if very easy to use. If something came up that I wasn't sure about they gave me great explanations.

would have been cheaper going to tax office

this is pitiful my Virginia tax was sent back not all form sent in (this is after paying extra to e-file) my California tax was $610.and i received a revised check for $117 ,have not seen Federal nor South Carolina yet
What's great about it: non this is the last year i use turbo tax
What's not so great: all the extra money needed to file
