Easy to use

Would like to sort the list of charities to which donations were sent.
What's great about it: Saves work in math and filling the forms.

2013 version crashes often

I've used TurboTax for years. It's a great program, and I'll use it again. But this years version has far too many kinks, thus the 4 vs. 5 star rating. Multiple times I simply lost the files and wound up with a blank page. Only solution was to force quite the program, restart the computer, and reload. That would usually do it. A pain in the behind over previous years.
That aside, it's a terrific way to do your taxes and the e-file is very efficient. Will use again next year, hoping for fewer crashes.
What's great about it: Easy to use, fast and efficient. Does almost everything for you.
What's not so great: Program crashes frequently.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

An absolute joy to file taxes using TurboTax. Easy to follow and straight forward approach. Couldn't ask for more.

Great tool to do your own taxes

Every year since 2008 I have been using Turbo Tax for filing my returns. They have put together all the tax laws and made an easy to follow way of filing your taxes. My tax returns are filed with no tricks and up to the law. No audits required.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions
What's not so great: Not much

Easy return

Did not understand the limit on the deduction for long term care insurance. Turbo tax could have made that adjustment more clear.
What's great about it: Very straight forward
What's not so great: Would like acess to tax tables in Turbo Tax just for review purposes. The tax calculation was correct.

The only way to file!

Have used TurboTax for many years and love it. It is so fast and easy. Honestly don't know or can't figure out why anybody would do taxes any other way.
What's great about it: easy to use, allows for saving along the way and restarting to review whenever you want
What's not so great: got confused at first thinking I was using downloaded version rather than log in version.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
