What's great about it: uses language that a non-tax person understands

Been using TurboTax for over 20 years. Completely satisfied with your product.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Had to chat with a TurboTax Expert to solve an e-file PIN issue. Issue was resolved quickly and satisfactorily.

Easy as pie

If you don't have a lot of complicated transactions Turbo Tax is the only way to go. Simple, clean and accurate.
I have had past taxes checked with an accountant and even they said Turbo Tax was the best way for me.

Way TOO easy!

In October 2012 I was officially divorced. My ex had always done our taxes, so this was my first time in YEARS to do my own taxes. Turbo Tax made the process seamless. The cost of Turbo Tax is completely reasonable given the effectiveness of the product.
What's great about it: Quick, user friendly, and complete
What's not so great: If I get audited, I'll come back and think of one. But right now I can't think of a con.

this is my first time personally e-filing. overall good experience. i'm fair on the computer. I didn't understand a lot of the instructions. I still can't figure out how to print hard copy of my returns. I don't know if the problems I've had are turbo tax or windows 8.
What's not so great: have not been able to print my returns
