This was the easiest Turbo Tax program that I have ever used and I have been using this program for several years.
Keep up the good work.
What's great about it: GREAT Tax Program
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Student's Tax Return

Overall, an easy experience.
I did waste time looking for where to go back and edit the 1098T form. It was not obvious to me. After several attempts I found it accidentally by just clicking on the various links on the different screens on that topic. It was accessed by editing the "School" info?? on the one page.
What's great about it: Lead me step-by-step
What's not so great: A little hard to find where to edit 1098T info

I have used turbo tax for years and have always been happy with the process. I don't always get back as much as I would like but that's not turbo tax's fault. I am a happy camper and will use turbo tax again next year.

The process was more difficult this year. Some of the Federal forms were not available when I initially completed my return. Once the Federal forms were available, I had difficulty transferring them into my return. I also had a problem with submitting payment for the e-filing. The system timed out before I could remit payment. Then Turbo Tax locked me out of my return so that I could not re-enter the field in order to complete the transaction. Very frustrating.
What's great about it: The tax forms and the information that was needed was easy to understand. Data entry was simple.
What's not so great: problems with uploading the Fed forms.

Easy as Pie

I have always done my own taxes including businesses. I also do our grown children's taxes. Started using Turbo Tax over 5 years ago when crashing stock market made things pretty complicated in transactions as I bailed out. It worked so easy that I just kept buying it every year. Now I would hate to go back to the old paper and calculator way.
What's great about it: Prompts and explanations in every section. Will upload prior years info at the touch of a button.
What's not so great: Always updating but I suppose it really shows they are on top of it.

Whole system geared to ease of use for people not familiar with tax preparation. Easy to use, and I feel confident my taxes were done correctly.
