Easy Tax

I have used Turbo tax successfully for several years. This year I was nervous because we had sold our house, but Turbo tax walked me through all the steps.
It helps to be prepared with all the information you will need, but if you have the numbers and documents in a row, it takes less than two hours to do Fed and state taxes and file them.

We used to have to pay our accountant to do our income tax. Since he retired, we have been using TurboTax. Easy to use.

Easy to Understand

I liked the straight-forward question/answer approach - and that all the confusing calculations are completed automatically.
Sometimes, the purpose/need for the questions were not clear enough to answer correctly the first time.
What's great about it: Simple, Straight-forward questions to the more complex areas of tax laws
What's not so great: Not always sure of the purpose of the questions

I've used TurboTax for as long as I can remember. Very easy to navigate through the return to ensure one is getting every deduction. Love it.
