Short and sweet

easy to use, easy to file. program takes all the guess work out of knowing you haven't missed any steps that the IRS inevitably build into the system.
What's great about it: easy to follow step by step return
What's not so great: very difficult to go back and find specific areas to review

I've used TurboTax for more than 10 yrs and it seems that it get easier every year. Takes the hassle out of entering and reviewing all entries.
What's great about it: takes you step by step

Great Software

I am stationed in Thailand, and with little effort I got the information I needed and did the filing is a few hours.. Great.
What's great about it: Early versions had very few glitches, but this year is flawless

In previous years, TurboTax automatically alerted me for updates to download. This year it did not. Instead, It always told me that certain forms were not available and would be ready "soon." Finally, in February, I went to "tools" and requested a check for updates. Then I was able to download all updates and complete my return. Please go back to the old method that alerted me for updates.

overall tubo tax is great
