Deluxe Tax Software

I've used your software for years and this is the first year I've encountered a problem. I could not remove Audit Defense and had to pay for it in order to file my taxes. Each time I was connected online, I some how got disconnected. This is a great product overall and is easy to use.

Easy to use

This is a great product that is very easy to use. The instructions are simple and guide you through everything. All the adding and deductions are always double checked. It continually tries to maximize your refund. I highly recommend it to anyone that needs their taxes done.
What's great about it: Great product. Does the work for you. Very detailed and simple.

Keep it straight forward

Perfect for someone who is willing to do little bit of work himself/ herself yet keep it fairly simple. The software guides you through everything but you can also look up stuff topic by topic, depending what applies to your situation, just a bit more in depth too with a help of a good basic tax guide book like I did and the software tells you if you are not doing things right. My plan is not to be a tax pro but to learn little bit more about taxes and even possible ways to save on my taxes in the future. This software works very intuitively with you.

Bargain value compared to a Human tax assistance

About ten years ago I transitioned from 1040 with a pencil and paper in my hand , and bought a TurboTax CD. Without question by anyone, the greatest advantage of a computer app is that it can repeat calculations time and again without getting stressed and can do it faster than the screen can be refreshed.
It is well worth spending the time to become familiar with its operation. I would recommend it to any person who is tired of laborious hours doing itemized deductions for form 1040.
SSN information is now encrypted to foil malware that is looking for them in plain text.
What's great about it: Easy to Install, cheap, lots of hints and guidance, allows review and skipping about
What's not so great: Turbotax has never had a smooth way to specify "print my state return and e-file my federal return".

When printing out the state return next year remove the do not file that prints on the form

SO Easy!!!

I have used Turbo Tax for several years now and really like the ease and user friendly aspect. I also like that I can e-file right after I finish and double my entries. Makes it almost an enjoyable thing to do!!
What's great about it: THe way it takes you through the steps so you don't miss anything. The review it does at the end for any issues.
