What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Logic on mortage worksheet needs to determine if a loan was bought- resulting in two form 1098's

Awesomely Simple

I've used Turbotax for years and have yet to be disappointed with the result. I don't have to drive around with all my papers and I can do it anytime I want, 24 hrs a day, in the privacy and comfort of my home.
What's great about it: Walk-thru simplicity
What's not so great: No in depth literature on new tax laws

Easy as a Breeze

It really is a great software that anybody and I mean anybody can use when preparing their income taxes without paying expensive professional fees :-)
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

We use TurboTax year after year because it is the fastest, easiest, and cheapest way we can file our taxes worry-free!.

Continues to Get Easier

Been using TurboTax for about 12 years and it keeps getting better and I never want to do it by pen and paper again.
What's great about it: fast, and all the forms and manuals are there
