I have used Turbo Tax since 2000 and I've never been disappointed. I would be missing so much if it wasn't for this program. I highly recommend you use it to get back all the money you can!
What's great about it: Easy to use. Covers everything!

i love the ease of plugging in the cd rom and getting my taxes done and sent right there and then!
What's great about it: just need to input my info and it's all done for me!
What's not so great: a little hazy on HSA info

Makes filing easy!

In general, the TurboTax product is excellent, particular for the Federal return. The State of AZ return is more difficult, mainly because it does not offer the "snapshot" view of entries the Federal return features, nor the comparisons to the previous year available in the Federal return. Also, the State return requires one to navigate through all screens in order to edit. This is cumbersome and allows an opportunity for errors if one accidentally clicks the wrong button along the way.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate Federal Return. "Snapshot" overview of return and comparison against previous year is excellent.
What's not so great: State return does not provide the "snapshot" view & requires going through entire process to edit any of the entries.

Great product, it was very simple and as ADVERTISED which is a welcomed surprise. This was my very first time doing taxes and as a Registered Nurse I'm not the most tax savvy person. I believe my 12 year old son would have no issues and would breeze through the process just as easily as I did.
What's great about it: SIMPLE
What's not so great: NONE
