It's So Easy

I've used Turbo Tax for a number of years and I've always been pleased with the ease of usage and the consistent accuracy of my returns. I file with complete confidence.
What's great about it: Anyone can use this software...no accounting accunowledge needed
What's not so great: There are no real draw backs as far as I'm concerned

Straight forward tax preparation

Very easy step by step instructions. It uploaded my prior years tax return for an easy comparison.
Would have been easier if it also uploaded the data directly from my Quicken Deluxe 2014. Perhaps an added enhancement for next year.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions
What's not so great: Did not upload my Quicken Deluxe 2014 files

Turbo Tax is extremely easy to use. The step-by-step questions it presents helps put the right numbers in the right places. The online help feature was a great help when I had questions that I needed clarification with.
What's great about it: Easy-to-follow questions

Best Tax Experience EVER!

I've paid an accountant to do my taxes for many years. Some friends convinced me to buy TurboTax and I'm so happy I did! Not only did I save accountant's fees, but I got a refund equal to what the accountant got for me last year. I found the experience to be fun--especially when I could see the amount of refund with every deduction I entered. Whoever created this software is a true genius!
Thank you for a great product!
What's great about it: TurboTax walked me through every step. I've been paying an accountant for many years for what I did in a few hours.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Love the product loved the ease of use and the simplicity of the interface but my one negative take away was that i was lead to believe that the solution that i purchased in store was covering All Fee's not just a portion of them. needless to say i had no other option at the end so payed them. Wish it was more transparent up front went it came to over all cost of services rendered.
What's great about it: Loved the assistance of the product and the simplicity of use
What's not so great: Hidden Charges
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

I have used turbo tax for 11 years now, and it never disappoints! Easy to use, quick, and I get my taxes done before my dad even starts--we always race--I almost always win. I win this year for sure!

I found it easy to use except there where some instances where more explanation would have been helpful. I found some of the answers to my questions where not helpful. I found going to IRS publication was easier for me. I feel for the person who might have difficulty with some of the explanations/ answers given.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: need more explainations in some areas.
