Straight forward and easy!

TurboTax Deluxe helped me sift through my taxes and come up with the best possible refund. I was a little confused at first, since we had part year residency. However, the program guided me through it all step-by-step.
What's great about it: The guided steps.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

2013 Deluxe Turbo

Been using turbo tax for a number of years but as time goes by use different computers. Now I do have Turbo Tax PDF copies, Whats up that I cannot transfer that info????
What's great about it: quick easy to use
What's not so great: wont' transfer pdf files of last years tax, yes the very ones turbo taxs creates for you.

Still the best for Taxes

I've used Turbo Tax for several years and they are always on top of the required and helpful questions to be the most accurate help for filing your taxes. I'm going to keep using them every year.
What's great about it: Easy to use and work with to get all my/our required taxes filed
What's not so great: It takes some back and forth to get through saving and printing

Years of $$$$

I have used turbo tax for many (5 plus) years now. I have enjoyed how every year they improve many areas. Transferring info from the prior year is effortless this year, just a few clicks and your info (such as name, address, employers, cars...) gets reloaded. This saves so much time. The transfer also helps remind you of what you did last year. The review page helps you see where you are, with this page you can also make corrections easily.
What's great about it: User Friendly, Detailed Help, Major Improvements Yearly
What's not so great: Nothing this year, Problems from prior years corrected.

Great Program for Taxes

I did my taxes in one evening. It was exciting watching the dollars go from red to green. The program lets you know what person may need to make some adjustments on their W-4.

Got Through It

Relatively easy to do everything, especially when your knowledge/legal jargon skills are not up to par. Some things were still confusing, but that was more of tax-stuff than Turbo. Really enjoyed the light humor thrown in, shows humans made the program. Will definitely use again.
What's great about it: Pretty simple, liked the light humor
What's not so great: Surprise fee at the end if you don't use a credit card to pay. Didn't understand all of the legal jargon
