I love TurboTax

I just did my taxes in 20 minutes, state and local, and filed them.
I love how TurboTax walks me through every single step.
I've been using TurboTax since 1998, and other than the 2003 DRM fiasco, have been utterly happy with it. As long as Intuit is in business, they will have mine.
What's great about it: Ridiculously Easy. Carries tax information forward from previous year.
What's not so great: Not backward compatible (ie, need TT2012 to open TT2012 files)

Over all it was good but was a couple times when things were not clear and the answers were not to be found

What's not so great: Sometimes had questions and could not find the answer

Easy, as always

I've used TurboTax for many years. Each year seems to be quicker and more straightforward.
Did my son's taxes, now a Washington State resident. T-Tax wouldn't e-file until I removed the automatic entry of the two-letter state abbreviation on the W-2 form--as suggested by the online forum. Nice to have accurate info from that group!
What's great about it: Quick, straightforward.
What's not so great: Errored for state with no income tax

What's not so great: We have a new computer, so 2012's infor could not be imported in.

In Love With TurboTax

This is the best tax preparation software. I have used it for years and I love it. It is very easy to use and navigate. You also know what you're getting, and don't have to worry about leaving money out there.
What's great about it: Super Easy
What's not so great: None
