I like using TurboTax. It makes things simple to understand. I am a tax professional, but if I wasn't I would be able to understand all of their explanations..

Excellent Format

I have been a faithful Turbo Tax user for many years would not think of using any other tax program.
What's great about it: Takes you step by step to ensure that everything is covered.
What's not so great: No Cons on this years tax program
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used Turbo Tax for several years now. I probably have a pretty simple return compared to some, but I still use Turbo Tax because I know that everything is covered and correct. I remember the years when I did my returns "by hand" -- it took me days to be sure I had gotten everything right. Thank you Turbo Tax for making my life much easier.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax does so much automatically to correctly file my return.
What's not so great: Cons are all on my side; I have to dig around for some of the information I need to complete my return.
