Another great experience

I have found TurboTax very easy to use for my tax situation. It has saved me the cost of using a tax preparation business and provided me control over that aspect of life. In comparing to previous tax preparation returns, I have been able to ensure I receive all of the monies due me through the use of TurboTax
What's great about it: The EasyStep was exactly what it said, "Easy"
What's not so great: Just having to do it, but it is something we need to do to continue with our way of life

So Simple

TurboTax was easy to install and easy to follow. The help buttons are very clear and informative. Turbo makes it simple to choose either the standard deductions or to itemize. I would like to compare 2 previous years of returns instead of just one but that is only a minor fault to this program.
What's great about it: Step-by-step instructions
What's not so great: would like to see 2 previous years of returns for comparison

I have used turbo tax for years, wouldn't use anything else.
What's great about it: takes you step by step
What's not so great: you have to make sure it doesn't put a deduction in two places

Amazing Refund

I've used TurboTax since it first came out. The best things about the software are it's ease of use, its easy to understand and I feel confident in using it.
What's great about it: Guides you through every tax question
What's not so great: Too many questions but that's our government’s fault

Year after Year

I don't even consider the other Tax preparation programs, I have used Turbo Tax for years and I have been very satisfied from start to finish. I used to pay $200 to have someone fill in the boxes on my tax return after I furnished all of the information. I would basically get a C.P.A.'s stamp of approval on the work I did. The only time they would talk to me was when I paid them, 2-3 weeks later, never again.

What's great about it: Turbo Tax takes me through every aspect of my return with language I can undersatnd, with step by step help.
What's not so great: I have no complaints again this year.
