Straight forward

turbo tax could not resolve issue, so instead of electronic filing, had to mail form. also no idea if I am being charged or not for something the program could not accomplish. I would have hoped the program could provide a better explanation why it was not successful.
What's great about it: easy to use, organized

This is the second year using turbo tax. very easy to use. one thing i hope is to have some examples directly related to daily life, especially something normal people will easily ignored, to be shown in the beginning.
What's great about it: easy
What's not so great: if it can give more solid examples of daily life expense up front, it will be more helpful

The Best!!!!

I love Turbo Tax. I am calm and confident after I file. I never second guess my filing and I would never trust a "live" person more than I trust Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Easy to use, fool-proof, answers all my questions and dissolves all my fears.
What's not so great: None

LOVIN' MY REFUND!

I have been using Turbo-Tax for several years now and I just love it.....I love being able to sit in my home at my leisure and do my taxes....I never liked going to the tax office and giving my info to preparers while other customers are within earshot of my conversations....totally easy and private. I just love it!!
What's great about it: EASY TO USE!
What's not so great: NO CONS.....

Help with App not working

I am thankful for the Alan who helped me to get my taxes filled. I spent the last two weekends getting all the papers and documents together to get my taxes out of the way, then the app failed me. I could not believe it. After speaking with Apple then Turbo Tax and reinstalling the software, I was finally able to get everything completed.
Way to go Alan - you did a great job. Turbo Tax rules!!
What's great about it: the wait was worth it.
What's not so great: it took some time to get working
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Easy , YES or NO???

All was easy once I found the info hidden in all your thousands of explanations on how to transfer last years turbo ta return to this years turbo tax. Why make it so difficult to transfer just because I would rather buy your software disc from a store instead of purchasing it on line from you?
Seems like you would store and have available no matter how you bought your tax software!!
