Unhappy with efile

I do all my kids and some of their friends tax returns. Don't remember not being able to efile all of them.
What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: Not enough efiles

so easy its almost scary

I have been using Turbo Tax for 18 years and will continue to use it as long as I have taxes to file. I did my son's taxes too and he is in the military in another state but the program asked me all the right questions and explained everything so it was totally easy. I always get amazing refunds from Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: really fast

Easy to use.

I had filed my return through a tax preparation service ever since I had an income to claim and I thought that this year I would take a shot at preparing my taxes on my own. Through research I found that Turbo Tax made filing simple with step by step directions and helpful hints to lead you in the right direction. The software was easy to use and I will definitely use it again next year.
What's great about it: Ease of use, while covering all areas of filing in detail.
What's not so great: Having to deal with taxes in the first place.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Can't get much easier

I have been using this program for over 10 years with no problems, and will continue to use and reccommend.
What's great about it: Transferring information from previous years makes it so nice is you forget something, love the side by side comparison.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax walked me through filing with ease. The online community was helpful in answering my questions too. I have used this for several years and can't think of a reason to file any other way!
