Excellent Experience!

I really appreciate this website as it was straightforward and covered things I didn't even know about. This helped me to have a greater refund than expected.
What's great about it: Very easy to follow and covered things I didn't know that helped me have a great refund.
What's not so great: It wasn't as easy as I thought to go back and change something when I discovered I didn't enter the correct amount.

wish I hadn't used turbo tax this year probably wont next yr

What's not so great: couldnt answer the question such as I dont use it as the full amt is taxable

Easy breezy

The look: overall pleasing to the eyes, and fosters a professional product.
The guides: each person did an outstanding job with their area of expertise, and supported/sold TurboTax well.
End results: My taxes are done, and I'm confident that I got the largest and correct refund possible.

Disappointed

I've purchased your product for ten years. This version stinks. It kept showing an error message regarding some newer updates that were downloaded. The error message didn't go away and I had to work around it. Hopefully you didn't give my computer a virus! I've purchase your product for ten years yet it didn't recognize that fact. Therefore, no history from prior years was brought foward. Lastly, it wouldn't download my financial information from my brokerage company without one of your Quicken products, so I had to manually do it. I will think long and hard before buying your product next year.
What's great about it: My familiarity with the product
What's not so great: Couldn't download financial info; didn't recognize I was a return user; It kept showing a downloading error

Absolutely the Best

Have been using Turbo Tax to prepare my taxes for the last 10 years or so. I'm always confident that our taxes were done correctly and we received the most refund we could. The first time I used Turbo Tax, I also had a tax preparer do our taxes as I didn't feel confident enough to do it. I found a $400 error made by the tax preparer, had to refile and wait about 30 days to get the correct refund. That was the turning point and I've never looked back. Turbo Tax is the best.
What's great about it: Easy Fast, Reliable
What's not so great: Cost
