Good help but it is Taxes!

I waste a lot of paper because State Taxes are not well supported and the wrap up of taxes properly allows you to print your work before actually transmitting. But then after transmitting, you are encouraged to print again and it is the same stuff!
What's great about it: Step by Step approach
What's not so great: State filing is not as well supported.

I Love TurboTax

I have used Turbotax for many many years now. I love how simple the process is and how easy it is to find answers to any questions. I actually got pre-audited by the IRS and showed the IRS the information I printed while filing my taxes on Turbotax. I was cleared!!!! I will continue to use Turbotax forever, I LOVE this product.

Fun and easy to do!!

This was a good experience. Each year my taxes get easier and easier. This year, I felt they were more accurate than they have been previously. I am extremely confident in my tax return this year. I especially appreciate the error check and the audit risk features. Turbo tax asked me questions and I just had to answer them. W2s and donations on quickens could be downloaded directly to make doing taxes even easier. Turbo tax was better tan any other program I have ever used including H&R Block and doing them non-electronically.
What's great about it: Easy and accurate! Just answer questions!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Had to call three/four times and still did not get satisfactory answer to my question relating to possible software problem with state return

Everything went fine until I attempted to add the state I have relocated to in 12/13 and was charged income tax when the stipend was sent to the state I moved to instead of state I left!!!
