I have use turbo tax for years, and I recommended to other friends and family. It gets your taxes done, accurate, without spending outrageous amounts of money.
What's great about it: Accurate

Filing Taxes

I have used Turbo Tax for years and plan on continuing to do so. It is easy to use, and all my information is automatically transferred for me so that I have no typographical errors. Totally worth the price.
What's great about it: I can do my taxes at any time of the day and don't have to leave my home.

Stress Free Filing

Tax time is always stressful, but TurboTax makes it quick and simple, no kidding. Deep sigh of relief and boom....done. So glad we have this program to take that stress away from a needful chore. Big fan!
What's great about it: Walk through with easy to understand questions. Checks and rechecks. Easy E-Filing. Worth the money.
What's not so great: Can't think of a thing.

TurboTax uasability

The program was fairly easy to follow, gave explanations and tables showing the taxes owed compared to previous years; however, I was charged a penalty/interest that showed up at the end that had no corresponding explanation.
What's great about it: Fairly easy to follow--and quick.
What's not so great: I was charged a penalty/interest but there was no explanation of why.

Disappointed

It's a huge disappointment to be asked to pay extra to efile my state return, that should be included.
What's great about it: Great program, easy to use

Turbo Tax is great

I've used turbo tax for the past 7 years an wouldn't use another product. It's quick, easy, and I'm always able to find the information I need when questions come up.
What's great about it: quick, easy, Q&A section is very helpful
