Excellent easy to follow directions from start to finish .
What's great about it: Easy to follow prompts
What's not so great: color of boxes and letters too light , hard to see

I tried 2 different CD downloads and kept getting a error.
I got a hold of tech support and they called me back. Was on the phone for almost 2 hours to try and fix.
The only saving grace was Ramon who helped me download the program. He was very helpful.
What's great about it: Ramon- tech support
What's not so great: could not download cd

Always quick-and-simple

While there are redundant parts, specifically, relating to property taxes and transferring data available on previous years taxes; Turbotax is quick and easy to use.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Redundant Parts
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

TURBO TAX SAVES ME

So easy walk-throughs. My ex-husband was always the tax preparer, Turbo Tax really helps walk me through it step by step.
Somehow I still feel like I may be missing something that I am not aware of and not getting the refund I should... ?

No smoking of the gray cells

For years, my wife and I have purchased TurboTax because we have a fairly simple set of circumstances. We appreciate the ease of working with it in the comfort of our home, when we have the time. Furthermore, all receipts for the required entries are at hand in our file cabinet and we do not have to take them to an office. With the instant info panel on the status of Federal and State Taxes, there are no rude surprises, except that there always seems to be a tax increase levied by the Government, with more deductions even when expenses have increased for us.
We would recommend TurboTax to anyone without reservation.

This is my fourth year using Turbo-Tax. It's always easy and quick. Especially good if itemizing. Walks you through easily and comfortably.

Took care of my refund

This year, I lost my 2012 refund when my computer crashed. Turbo Tax was able to find the file and import it into my 2013 tax file once I started my 2013 return. Thank you Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: I could count on Turbo Tax to solve my issue
