We love Turbotax. This is our third or fourth year using it and we would not do it any other way. Very easy to understand and user friendly.
What's great about it: Very easy to use.
What's not so great: None

We find Turbo Tax to be very simple. We have used Turbo Tax for 3 years and I wish we started using it sooner. We would have save thousands of dollars. Thank you, Janice

Excellent Tool

I've been using Turbo Tax for 10 years now - wouldn't use anything else. very user-friendly and records carry over year to year - even this year with new PC - 14 seconds to pull data off old hard drive - didn't even panic.

I gather all my forms and tax info and did it in just a short period of time.
What's great about it: Easy, even dummies can do it!

challenging taxes

I have used turbo tax for years because it is easy to use. This year, however, turbo tax automatically to a status that was not allowed by Oklahoma. It would not allow it to be corrected and the only way to get it done was to do a new return, costing us 2 filing fees. I probably will be cautious for next year if I use Turbo Tax again, and if it goes like this year, next year will be the last year I use turbo tax

What's not so great: some errors can only be corrected by starting a new return
