20 + yrs of using Turbo Tax. Love it and have got my children convinced to use this product. Can't go wrong as long as your product stays up to date and continues to give me an easy to use and great piece of mind.
What's great about it: Had medical deductions and was concerned if I could do it or not. YES!!!!!

A Breeze with Turbo Tax

We've used Turbo Tax to file our taxes last year, and the 2013 version transferred all of the data instantly. So the return was already 3/4's done. We filled in our income and taxes paid for 2013, and magically our refund was shown at the top of the page. The whole 2013 return took less than 20 minutes. Preparing taxes is a Breeze with Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax was easy to use, simply answering questions, and the program did it all for me!
What's not so great: I can't thin of anything that I didn't like.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH TURBOTAX

THE ONLY IMPROVEMENT I DON'T LIKE IS THE GUIDE TO CARRY YOU THROUGH EACH STEP BECAUSE IF I HAD NOT USED THIS SOFTWARE BEFORE I WOULD HAVE BEEN LOST. IT DOESN'T GO DIRECTLY TO THE PAGE IT JUST GIVES YOU A LIST.
What's great about it: SO EASY AND NO DRIVING.
What's not so great: I COULDN'T FINE ANYTHING I DON'T LIKE ABOUT TURBOTAX

I have used "TurboTax" for quite a few years, and have always been pleased with the result. Sometimes I have to go back and reread some things to get exactly what is needed. Usually the help topics will get me through most of the questions. Thanks to intuit for the TurboTax programs each year.
What's great about it: easy to load and transfer data from previous years
What's not so great: Some of the language and terms are not familiar

Can't go wrong with Turbo Tax

Very user friendly just follow the steps can't go wrong! I have been using Turbo Tax for years.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: Kind of expensive.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
