No help with rejected state tax

The state tax was rejected and there was no help to find the error with the data in 1099-HC since my insurance company does not send one. I check the block so indicating but the state ignored it.

I did it by hand last year so the only convenience I see in this is to be able to email it.

I have used Turbo Tax for 25 year and have never been disappointed. Product is so very easy to use! I recommend it to anyone who asks about a tax program.

What a PAIN!!!!!

Yeah, your product says i can skip the download and do it another time. Thats a lie! It wouldn't efile until I downloaded whatever information you deemed neccesary for me to have. If its thats important why isn't already in the package. I was mad that I had to bother with it so many times before I realized It wasn't going to efile anything unless I downloaded your info first! Please take this irritating part of your steps Off your system!!!!
What's great about it: Pretty easy to understand
What's not so great: Didn't like that I had to update downloads prior to efiling.

I have used Turbo Tax for multiple years and found it pretty customer friendly
What's great about it: transfers info from previous year
What's not so great: had to review certain sections regarding new types of income x 3 to make sure I was correct
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

EASY TO UNDERSTAND

We have now done our taxes with Turbo Tax 5 years. We feel comfortable and confident that we are keeping accurate records and staying in the guidelines of all the laws for our family. Thank you for yet another year of a successful tax season.
What's great about it: Good direct instructions to move smoothly through the taxes process.
What's not so great: I really don't have any problems with the process.

10+ years of customer satisfaction

I wouldn't keep coming back if I didn't trust TurboTax to make this easy and quick, while covering all the bases. This year my husband and I *both* had three W-2's *and* unemployment, and two of us are in college, and even that didn't make filing our taxes through TurboTax even a little bit harder.

What's great about it: Walk-you-through, plain English, start-and-stop, come back later
What's not so great: It isn't always clear how to get out of a form-based error.
