Great Program

Excellent, easy-to-use program that walks you through each step of completing your returns. At each step you are asked easy to understand questions to make sure everything you have is entered correctly.
What's great about it: Easy to use, multiple years returnd at your fingertips

Easy to do

Like that I didn't have to go to a tax preparer with stacks of documents then go home and get more.
Turbo Tax was easy to use and asked all the right questions and explained the process simply.
Talked to people at Church and found that they all use Turbo Tax, including one accountant.

What's great about it: Costs much less than going to a tax preparer and less work.
What's not so great: Not always sure what to print off.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Prepair & Submit Federal and State Income Taxes

Turbo Tax is easier than when I used Turbo Tax approximately 6 years ago. My wife and I had an S Corp business for six years and we used a CPA firm to prepare our business and personal taxes. Now we are back using Turbo Tax.
We will continue to use Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions

Find process improvement much easier to complete the return.
I like to have a hard copy for final review. The present system requires filing before printing. PDF app is a bit cumbersome and restrictive. Suggest to go back to word document to facilitate printing as desired not as restricted in 2013

All In All great program, I have used it for many years, allmost misses large purchase sales tax because it wasn't right there to mark yes/no to.
