There are some instances where you have to go back and actually read the form to understand the error checks. For the most part, it is easy for a professional business person to understand.
What's great about it: Easy and Fast to Use
What's not so great: 2106 difficult to understand in PA forms

We use Turbo Tax every year. It is easy to use, explains tax forms, items, and situations clearly. I file every year with confidence!

TurboTax has been the easiest software so far and I will keep using it. I was guaranteed a maximum amount and that is what I got! Thanks
What's great about it: Everything is easy to understand.
What's not so great: No CONS!
Pros: I moved, I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Torpedoed the Hassle

In a year where we refinanced, then sold and bought our primary home, moved and donated to numerous charities, turbo tax guided us through all the steps to receive our maximum allowed refund. Thanks turbo tax ! !
What's great about it: simplified a complicated filing year

entered all data for the return - it pulled some invalid carry forward figure for ETC from somewhere & I couldn't get it out. Had to start all over. Quite frustrating.
