Navigation through your program was very easy. Less stressful filing taxes. I used at last year for the first time and this year as well, will continue to use Turbo Tax.

EASY TAXES

SPOT AT THE TOP,OVERALL IT WENT VERY SMOOTH. I HAVE USED TURBOTAX FOR SEVERAL YEARS, AND HAVE FOUND IT HAS IMPROVED EVERY YEAR
What's great about it: SIMPLE WAY TO GO THROUGH THE TAX JUNGLE AND PRINT THE RETURN OUT.
What's not so great: SOME OF THE AREAS COVERED DO NOT APPLY BUT THE PROGRAM MAKES YOU SCROLL DOWN TO THE BOTTOM RATHER THAN PUTTING A NEXT SP

20 years of returns

I've been using TurboTax for 20 years. I'm no tax expert, so stepping through the questions makes doing my taxes easy. Once the e-file feature was added, it added speed to the process. Never had a problem being able to file my taxes or getting them accepted by the IRS.
What's great about it: Fast, great help
What's not so great: Can't always get questions answered
